MIBDOG Devnet Beta Terms

Terms governing access to and use of the current MIBDOG devnet beta product.

These Devnet Beta Terms (the “Beta Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MIBDOG devnet beta website, application, documentation, product surfaces, and related features (collectively, the “Beta Service”).

By accessing or using the Beta Service, you agree to these Beta Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Beta Service.

1. Beta Status and Purpose

MIBDOG is currently made available as a devnet beta product for testing, evaluation, iteration, and limited early access.

The Beta Service is not a final production release. It exists to test product behavior, interfaces, launch flows, social surfaces, utility flows, and related features before any possible future mainnet version.

You understand and agree that the Beta Service is experimental and may be incomplete, unstable, changed, paused, reset, limited, or discontinued at any time.

2. Scope of the Beta Service

The Beta Service may include, without limitation:

  • launch surfaces and devnet launch flows;
  • profile and social surfaces, including MIB-S;
  • utility and premium product surfaces, including Sponsored and Verified;
  • discovery, ranking, terminal, documentation, and related product surfaces;
  • account, settings, moderation, invite, and other operational surfaces.

Not all features will be available at all times, and not all users will have access to all surfaces.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Beta Service only if:

  • you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
  • you have legal capacity to agree to these Beta Terms;
  • your use of the Beta Service is not prohibited by applicable law;
  • you comply with these Beta Terms and any related product rules shown inside the Beta Service.

If you access the Beta Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

4. Invitation, Access Control, and Beta Participation

Access to the Beta Service may be limited, gated, invite-based, selectively granted, or revoked at any time.

MIBDOG may, in its sole discretion:

  • grant or deny access;
  • limit participation in any feature or surface;
  • pause or revoke access;
  • restrict accounts, wallets, profiles, handles, launches, or content;
  • change access requirements without notice.

Participation in the Beta Service does not create any right to ongoing access, future access, or access to any future mainnet version.

5. Devnet-Only Nature of the Beta Service

The Beta Service operates in devnet unless expressly stated otherwise.

You understand and agree that:

  • devnet assets, balances, records, transactions, badges, placements, rankings, visibility states, and other product outputs may have no real-world or economic value;
  • devnet behavior may differ materially from any future mainnet version;
  • features, payment modes, utility flows, product rules, and technical architecture may change before any future public release;
  • nothing in the Beta Service guarantees migration, continuity, portability, or preservation into mainnet.

Devnet activity should be treated as part of a testing environment.

6. No Promise of Mainnet, Token Utility, or Future Rollout

The Beta Service is a testing-phase product. Nothing in the Beta Service, including documentation, interfaces, labels, Roadmap, Platform Paper, Token Utility pages, or public-facing descriptions, creates a promise that:

  • a mainnet version will launch;
  • any specific feature will carry over into mainnet;
  • token-based utility will be activated;
  • governance surfaces will be activated;
  • any economic model will remain the same;
  • any timeline, rollout path, or launch sequence will occur.

Any mention of possible future product direction is informational only and does not create an obligation to ship or activate that feature.

7. Non-Custodial Use

MIBDOG is a non-custodial beta product.

You are solely responsible for:

  • your wallet;
  • your private keys and seed phrase;
  • your wallet security;
  • your transaction approvals and signatures;
  • your review of any wallet-connected action.

MIBDOG does not take custody of your wallet, your private keys, your seed phrase, or your assets.

8. Wallet Connection, Signing, and Transaction Responsibility

Some Beta Service features require a compatible wallet connection and may require transaction approval or signature.

By using these features, you understand and agree that:

  • wallet connection does not transfer custody to MIBDOG;
  • you are responsible for reviewing transaction details before signing or approving;
  • blockchain transactions may be irreversible;
  • devnet infrastructure, wallets, RPC nodes, indexers, explorers, and third-party providers may fail, lag, misreport, or behave inconsistently;
  • displayed transaction state, balances, profile state, launch state, sponsorship state, or verification state may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate during beta operation.

You assume all risk arising from your wallet use and transaction approvals.

9. Current Beta Utility and Payment Flows

The Beta Service may include paid or gated product surfaces for testing purposes.

At the current beta stage, some utility flows may use Wrapped SOL (devnet) or similar devnet-denominated payment flows inside the product.

You understand and agree that:

  • these flows exist for beta product testing;
  • devnet utility payments do not imply mainnet utility design;
  • devnet payment behavior may be changed, reset, removed, or replaced;
  • paid beta surfaces do not guarantee reach, growth, success, market activity, or any specific outcome.

10. Future Utility Direction

The Beta Service may include documentation or references to possible future token-based utility.

As currently described in the product, token-based utility, if activated in a future mainnet version, may begin with product surfaces such as Verified Badge and Sponsored placement on Home.

However, during beta:

  • such utility is not live unless explicitly active in the Beta Service;
  • references to future utility are descriptive only;
  • no user gains any right, entitlement, expectation of value, or guaranteed access based on beta documentation alone.

11. Launches and Creator Responsibility

If the Beta Service allows you to create, configure, publish, or interact with a launch, you are solely responsible for the materials and conduct associated with that launch.

This includes, without limitation:

  • token name, symbol, media, description, and links;
  • project identity and public messaging;
  • creator profile information;
  • statements made through launch or social surfaces.

Use of the Beta Service does not mean that MIBDOG has approved, audited, validated, endorsed, reviewed, or verified your project or launch.

MIBDOG may moderate, limit, hide, de-rank, remove, or suspend any launch or related material at any time for product, safety, policy, technical, or legal reasons.

12. Profiles, Social Surfaces, and Public Content

The Beta Service may include profiles, posts, handles, messages, feeds, comments, trending surfaces, and other MIB-S features.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, publish, send, connect, or display through the Beta Service.

Public visibility in the Beta Service does not mean endorsement, factual verification, authenticity, or approval by MIBDOG.

MIBDOG may moderate, restrict, hide, remove, filter, or disable any content, handle, profile, launch, or social surface in its discretion during beta operation.

13. User Content and Uploads

You may submit text, images, media, links, profile data, project information, and other materials through the Beta Service (“User Content”).

You represent and warrant that:

  • you have the right to submit and use that User Content;
  • your User Content does not violate law or third-party rights;
  • your User Content does not violate these Beta Terms.

By submitting User Content, you grant MIBDOG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, reproduce, display, format, transmit, and use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, test, secure, improve, moderate, and present the Beta Service.

14. Product Documentation and Reading Limits

The Beta Service may include documentation such as Overview, Platform Paper, Roadmap, Token Utility, and related pages.

These materials are intended as product documentation for a devnet beta environment.

They describe current product behavior, product direction, system posture, utility posture, or possible future surfaces. They do not constitute:

  • investment advice;
  • financial advice;
  • a valuation document;
  • a promise of token performance;
  • a guarantee of future governance;
  • a guarantee of mainnet rollout;
  • a guarantee that any beta feature will persist.

Documentation should be read together with the live beta product state, which may change at any time.

15. No Financial or Investment Promises

The Beta Service is software and product infrastructure for testing and evaluation.

Nothing in the Beta Service should be interpreted as:

  • investment advice;
  • solicitation to buy or sell securities or financial instruments;
  • a promise of appreciation, returns, volume, yield, or market performance;
  • a guarantee of token value, token utility activation, governance activation, or economic outcome.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, interpretations, and use of any onchain or offchain activity connected to the Beta Service.

16. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • impersonate another person, project, or entity;
  • publish false, deceptive, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or unlawful content;
  • use the Beta Service for scams, phishing, social engineering, or misleading conduct;
  • interfere with the Beta Service or its infrastructure;
  • bypass invites, access gates, moderation controls, payment controls, or technical restrictions;
  • upload malware, harmful code, or malicious content;
  • use bots or automation in a way that harms the Beta Service, other users, or product integrity;
  • engage in conduct that creates legal, technical, operational, or reputational risk for MIBDOG or other users.

MIBDOG may investigate and act on suspected violations.

17. Restricted Use and Compliance

You may not use the Beta Service in violation of applicable sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions.

MIBDOG may restrict, block, suspend, or deny access where necessary for beta integrity, legal compliance, operational risk control, or platform safety.

18. Third-Party Services

The Beta Service may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including wallets, blockchain infrastructure, RPC providers, explorers, storage providers, social platforms, analytics providers, and external websites.

MIBDOG is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their security, their performance, or their policies.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

19. Privacy and Beta Data Handling

The Beta Service may collect and process limited technical, account, wallet, profile, usage, upload, and operational data in order to run, test, secure, support, and improve the product.

Your use of the Beta Service may also be subject to a separate Beta Privacy Notice if and when made available.

You understand that beta environments may involve logging, monitoring, debugging, moderation, testing, and technical review activities not present in a final production environment.

20. Suspension, Restriction, and Removal

Because the Beta Service is experimental, MIBDOG may suspend, limit, reset, remove, disable, or discontinue any part of the Beta Service at any time, with or without notice.

This includes, without limitation:

  • access rights;
  • profiles;
  • handles;
  • launches;
  • sponsorships;
  • verification states;
  • rankings;
  • content;
  • utilities;
  • payment flows;
  • documents;
  • stored beta data.

21. No Guarantee of Preservation

You should not rely on the Beta Service for permanent storage, permanent records, or continuity of any beta data or beta state.

MIBDOG may reset, wipe, alter, or remove devnet data, utility states, profile states, uploaded content references, launches, rankings, or related product records as part of beta testing, iteration, migration, safety response, or technical maintenance.

22. Intellectual Property

The Beta Service, including its interface, branding, product design, layout, documentation, code structure, and other materials provided by MIBDOG, is owned by MIBDOG or its licensors, except for User Content.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, frame, mirror, reverse engineer, or exploit the Beta Service except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.

23. Disclaimers

THE BETA SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIBDOG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR SECURITY.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, MIBDOG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • the Beta Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • the Beta Service will remain available;
  • devnet behavior will match future mainnet behavior;
  • beta documentation will remain unchanged;
  • any launch, profile, utility, sponsorship, verification state, or product surface will produce any specific result;
  • beta records or devnet data will be preserved.

24. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIBDOG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DIGITAL ASSETS, EXPECTED VALUE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE BETA SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF MIBDOG FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE BETA SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MIBDOG THROUGH THE BETA SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM;

OR

  • ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

25. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MIBDOG and its affiliates, contributors, operators, licensors, service providers, and related parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • your use of the Beta Service;
  • your User Content;
  • your launches, profiles, posts, messages, or public statements;
  • your violation of these Beta Terms;
  • your violation of law or third-party rights.

26. Changes to the Beta Service

MIBDOG may change the Beta Service at any time.

This includes changes to:

  • features;
  • design;
  • payment modes;
  • utility flows;
  • social surfaces;
  • launch surfaces;
  • moderation flows;
  • documentation;
  • access conditions;
  • availability.

Nothing in the Beta Service creates an obligation to maintain any feature, surface, or beta behavior.

27. Changes to These Beta Terms

MIBDOG may update these Beta Terms from time to time.

When updated, the “Last Updated” date above will change. Continued use of the Beta Service after updated Beta Terms become effective means you accept the updated Beta Terms.

If you do not agree to updated Beta Terms, you must stop using the Beta Service.

28. Termination

You may stop using the Beta Service at any time.

MIBDOG may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason consistent with beta operation, product integrity, safety, moderation, technical need, or legal compliance.

29. Governing Law

These Beta Terms shall be governed by applicable law to the extent required, but the Beta Service is offered strictly as a devnet beta environment and not as a final production release.

Any formal governing-law and venue provisions for a future production release may be provided in later terms applicable to any mainnet or full public version of the Service.
